Title: Actors Required for University Short Film Project

Should be available on April 30th, May 1st, May 7th and 8th and possibly 9th. As equipment hire will determine set dates and for some roles not all dates may be required.
Location is in the Reservoir area.
The short film is based on film noir. The female actor is the lead (PrIvate Eye) and the male actor the supporting role. The short film reverses traditional film noir roles therefore the male is responsible for the lead actors destruction in the past. Both involve speaking parts. The script focuses on the present, after being the fall guy the past has effectively caught up with her again and she needs to decide whether or not to make the right decision this time around.

The character is confident, tormented and speaks with conviction. Throughout the script she portrays anger and desperation.
Jeans and casual dress are fine. Coat and hat will be provided.

The character is a pawn in a criminal enterprise. He is charming, deceptive and somewhat smug in his role.
It is a speaking role.
Chinos or jeans and casual shirt should be worn. Very straight-forward role.

Extra- No speaking required

This extra will play two roles. One as the dead corpse being covered with a cloth by the ‘detective’ and an identified leader of organised crime. Face will be shown when rolling up the window in a car outside.
