A short film. About a 48 hours in the life of a Syrian migrant family which has had to run away from war and persecution in search of security, safety and provide a healthy life for their children in Australia. How children survive when torn between two different cultures.

We are looking for the following actors:

— Female Actor (30 – 50 years old) Australian, fluent English speaking

— Male actor (35-55 years old) Australian, Fluent English speaking

— Teenage Male/Female actors (13 – 18 years old)

This film will be produced and directed by Sarah Khalaf, who has had international experience working on various commercial, tv series, and recently the feature film ‘Ali’s Wedding’ to be released in November 2016.
The film will be professionally produced from a production perspective, and is a graduation project; so it’s an excellent opportunity to utilise for building your portfolio. Expenses will be paid.
