Promotion:
Brand Ambassadors will be representing our motor oil client during the Fiesta Broadway!

Promotion Date(s) & Time(s): Please note times may change slightly. Those with the most flexibility will be given preference.
Event Setup:
Saturday, April 23rd: 10:00AM-3:00PM

Event Day:
Sunday, April 24th: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Event Breakdown:
Sunday, April 24th: 6:00PM-10:00PM

Location:
Los Angeles, CA 90012

Objectives:
SET UP/Break Down
Talent will be assist with setting up footprint area
Will be helping to assemble tables and tents as well as other elements
Talent will be lifting up to 50lbs

EVENT
Politely engage & interact with consumers on behalf of brand
Encourage consumers to visit interactive area
Distribute promotional items
Manage display traffic flow & guest lines
At end of the event you will assist to take everything down
Breakdown includes bring down tables, tents and signage
Talent will be lifting up to 50lbs

Must Be:
18 years of age or older
Must be 100% Fluent in Spanish
Able to lift up to 50lbs
VERY Outgoing and Enthusiastic
Well-groomed & fit (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
Articulate, polite & excited about working w/public
Prompt, responsible, & hard-working
Able to stand entire event
Comfortable working outside
Able to get to event on own as transportation costs are NOT reimbursed
Experienced in working events & promotions

Compensation:
$20.00/hr
