CHARLESTON, SC Open audition for future short film “Two Roni to Goni”

Looking for 7 roles to be filled.

VINCENT is the main character.
He is of Italian descent, Age 40-50 and has a beer belly. He is a tired and worn down pizzeria owner.

MEREDITH is the mother of Vincent.
She is of Italian descent, Age 60-80 and is overweight. BOB is a friend of Vincent’s. No specifics for looks, Age 40-50.

JAY is the other employee at the pizzeria.

He is a young kid that doesn’t care about his job. Age 18-24, no specifics for looks. WILL is the barber shop owner. He is of African descent, Age 30-50.

LANE is a young punk kid that has trouble at home. No specifics for looks, Age 10-13.
CUSTOMER is just a random customer. No specific age or looks needed.
The short film is about Vincent trying to make a life of his own, but struggles with carrying the family legacy and pleasing his Mother.

The auditions will be held Dec. 17th from 10am to 2pm at the Art Institute of Charleston.

This project will be filmed in early January.

There will be no payment for work, but a copy of the final piece will be given for reels and there will be food on set everyday.
