Looking to commission a costume designer/maker. Costumes shall be worn by a dance group hired to dance in a well know and popular club in Cardiff. We need someone who can design & make LED light costumes for 6/8 people including male and female variations. We already have ideas about how it would look but need a designers insight to finalise the look & have the knowledge about how to create them.
