It is a challenging edit job for someone experienced who is looking for an exotic story to work on. Untold is a short story about the friendship of a lesbian Persian (Iranian) girl who hasn’t even dared to come out of the closet even for herself with an Australian girl who suffers from a devastating disease like MS. Story is not only involves religions and limitations connected to them but also tells tails about human suffering from wars, talks about old and foreign literature and… forbidden love. The director Azita Damandan is a Persian writer/director living in Australia now for 10 years with years of experience in film industry. Footage shot beautifully by Kent Marcus our talented DOP in different locations including the oldest church in Australia and a Khaneghah makes the project more desirable to whoever is searching for a challenging different style of story telling. Untold will definitely be participate in many film festivals around the world as Azita’s previous project, Silence did and hopefully will win awards like her older sister!
