– help with creating advanced versions of existing workout video
– Video shoot of the created workouts with either live commentary or a voiceover.
Final objective is to produce 2 videos, 35 mins each plus a cardio workout 30 mins long. Workouts are mat based work with using your own body as a resistance.
Shooting will be done in private studio either in London or in Surrey (to be agreed).
Approximately 1 day shooting. We reimburse Travel costs and provide food/drinks during breaks.
You need to be very toned and lean with balanced muscular structure (not bulky), very flexible and in control of your body. Ideally dance, yoga, pilates background.
Not weightlifter. Age 25-40 years.
You need to be able to make the workout looks fun and not a hard work, be able to comment during the process. Voiceover is an option as well.
No equipment except for small 3lb weights for arms exercises.
We have first set of videos done, so you can view them and assess in advance if this is something you can work on.
