We are looking for one woman and two men, with the other two roles able to be filled by either gender. There are no speaking roles in this film as it is a story told entirely through body language.
The film is inspired by the Metro newspaper’s “Rush Hour Crush” section, and follows a woman as she longs after a fellow commuter from afar, hoping that the personal ad she is reading has been posted by the object of her affections. Another commuter looks at the woman’s attempts at attracting his attention with disdain. However, her hopes are dashed when the gentleman in question turns out to be with someone else, and the advert that she hoped was written by him was actually written by a rather creepy man.
We will be more than happy to provide a copy of the film for the actors’ show reels when it is completed at the end of February.
If you are interested in being in this film, please apply with your name, a phone number where we can reach you and a photograph of your face.
