Want to hang out with Rich Lee? AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire is now casting extras to play business professionals, office staff, venture capitalists, and extras at a birthday party scene.

Also, casting directors are looking for kid actors ages 9 to 11 to audition for a role on the upcoming birthday party scene.

Filming will take place on the week of March 21st in Atlanta, Georgia.


About Halt and Catch Fire:

Halt and Catch Fire Season 2

Halt and Catch Fire centers around one year after IBM all but corners the market with the release of its first major product – the IBM PC. In this fictional drama, a former IBM executive, Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) plans to reverse engineer the flagship product of his former employer and forces his current company, Cardiff Electric, into the personal computer race.

We have a few specifics upcoming — all will play week of 3/21

Looking for a group of men and women – business professional types – mid 20’s to mid 40’s — all to play for 1986 so guys some hair but not long hair generally a few inches long tops — ladies shorter hair to about shoulder length – guys either clean shaven or well groomed full beard or mustache only — Some of these roles could be recurring — OFFICE STAFF in Subject

Then we’ll need a second group can be mid 20’s to 60’s upscale rich types — VETURE CAPITALIST in Subject

Lastly for a small birthday party scene we are looking for girls 9-11 years old — All will also play for 1986 so basic timeless hair styles are best — A couple of featured interviews will be needed here so list any set and/or acting experience — BIRTHDAY PARTY in Subject
