Internship: Alison Mazur Studio seeks Styling Intern / Fashion Intern

Alison Mazur Studio is accepting applications for the Fall / Winter 20017-18 season + semester.

The styling studio covers a variety of work including fashion editorial (magazines), advertising (fashion and TV/print), and personal / celebrity styling projects.

This position is an opportunity to work directly with the stylist and her team to better understand the world of styling and producing various types of styling projects from start to finish.

You will be involved in high profile projects for top brands and magazines.

This is an exciting position for someone who loves fashion and is highly creative, motivated, fast on their feet, organized, and fun.

Requirements

An interest in contemporary fashion and the editorial fashion world ( A MUST) with either a background in fashion or art and design.
Desire to learn about the world of a stylist and creative consultant

Basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of adobe Indesign and Photoshop
Great communication skills

Responsibilities

Interns are the backbone of the studio team as they are always helping with whatever is needed. Responsibilities vary day to day as each project is always different.

Fashion requests, showroom appointments, editorial research, concept research, studio management / errands, and administrative tasks are all ways in which you will help support the studio.
