NYLONshop Customer Care and Logistics Manager is seeking a spring intern who can achieve credit for assisting in all features of the role from shipping our subscriptions to handling customer inquiries.
Applicant must be task oriented with attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and produce quality results as well as excel in communications is a must. Looking for an energetic individual who is focused and willing to learn. Must have availability of at least 3 days a week.
-Work with customers to proactively identify potential problems/concerns in an attempt to better service the customer and improve the customer experience. Communicate customer requirements and expectations.
-Research and resolve issues, questions or problems that arise by communicating with customers and internal personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Ship out magazine subscriptions and other miscellaneous products.
-Put together spreadsheets detailing customer inquiries and research how to solve said issues.
-Ensure timely fulfillment of all customer orders as well as upload and maintain shipping information.
-Pleasantly handle all customer and vendor inquiries.
