JLM Couture is a bridal fashion house located in the heart of the Garment District & home to the renowned bridal designers Lazaro and Hayley Paige.
Requirements
Knowledge of fashion design and/or production.
Responsibilities
Interns will be working directly with our design and production teams. They will assisting from the beginning to end phases of the Product Life Cycle. This includes working with vendors, working on various design and production projects, and with beading/embroideries & laces. Participating students will also work directly with Sales Managers, Sewers, Pattern Makers, and the CEO of the company.
This internship gives students great exposure. Many of our current employees were hired through internships!
Interns must be available 18-30 hours a week, and will be required to be present during NY bridal market (Oct 4-9).
