Maggy London is a fashion forward brand based in New York City and has been making high quality, stylish dresses for more than 35 years. Our ecommerce department started 5 years ago and has a start-up dynamic that allows interns the ability to gain experience in areas beyond their scope of responsibility.
-Undergraduate or graduate student
-0-1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or marketing.
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
-Customer service or retail experience
-Ability to write clear, concise copy for social media
-Excellent communication skills
The Customer Service and Digital Marketing intern will focus primarily on:
-Answering customers questions via phone or email
-Providing a positive experience for customers who reach out with questions or concerns
-Placing orders over the phone and provide styling assistance
-Write content and monitor engagement for Twitter and Pinterest
-Finding and pitching potential bloggers as part of our Blogger Outreach Initiatives
