OXOSI is seeking dedicated interns for the Summer and join our retail team as we continue to grow. As a fashion retail intern you will be responsible for managing the inventory, processing and shipping the orders. You will deliver customer service and assist in setting up sales and marketing promotions.You will work closely with the product manager and senior management to constantly deliver up to date information about sales and inventory. Also you will be assisting management day-to day duties in the office. This is a position where you will be empowered to have a significant responsibility, offering a fantastic opportunity to help the growth of OXOSI.com.

Requirements

MUST BE ENROLLED IN COLLEGE
Must own laptop, preferably a mac
Majoring in Fashion, Merchandising, Sales or a related field
Able to dedicate at least 3-5 days per week
Hard working and has excellent computer and communication skills

1+ years of service experience (retails, merchandising, or consumer product environment a plus)
Strong commercial focus and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
Experience working in eCommerce sales
Experience working with omnichannel retail management platform for inventory management, order processing, fulfilment and contact relationship management
Customer focused, proactive, creative and enthusiastic to work in small team
Able to work well independently and within a team, good communication skills
An individual with a sharp focus on the goals at hand, who will carry the vision of the department forward
A bright, street savvy and emotionally intelligent sales personality
A high work ethic, energy, passion, enthusiasm, and a record of success
Superior communication and relationship skills

Responsibilities

Customer service via e-mail and phone
Inventory management
Processing and shipping out the orders
Research of competitor sales activities
Assisting in creating and setting up digital sales promotions
Any other sales related duties as reasonably requested
Work closely with our warehouse to send orders to ship out to end consumers and retailers
Manage the shipping process from start to completion
Provide stellar customer service via phone and email support
Troubleshoot defective product
Process returns or defects
Manage social media networks to provide support and engage direct consumer customer base
Setup and manage social media and internet advertising to increase direct consumer customer base
