We are changing the consumers shop for clothes by delivering tailored options to people’s home or office so they’re able to try it on and seek advice, so they have a wardrobe that reflect their best style. QUINN stylist interns undergo training and education to gain working styling knowledge and skills necessary to provide clients with a consistent, high quality service. Requirements

● 1-2+ years experience in the retail and/or fashion industry
● Comfortable in a fast­-paced, evolving start­up environment
● Comfortable with sales and interacting with clients
● Familiarity with fit and style of contemporary brands
● Has initiative and comfortable working independently, without instruction
● Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience working with teams
● Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuit of), highly preferred
● Sales experience, a plus***
● Client ­oriented, a must***
● High attention to detail

Responsibilities

● Undergo ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge in the art and science of styling
● Assist in conducting initial consultations to assess needs, goals, and challenges for clients
● Help stylists service and assist clients with selected options that meet their taste and budget
● Assist in coordination of client appointments, pulls, purchases, and returns
● Responsible for daily clothing pick­ups and returns to/from clients to/from retail partners
● Assist in executing marketing strategies including company initiatives and events
● Assist in creating social media content such as: company newsletter, social posts and photography, and contributing writer for various publications
● Timely client communication and correspondence via email, calls, and handwritten notes
● Provide constant feedback so we are continually improving the service for you, our clients, and the company.
● Respond to company emails in a timely* manner
● Keep abreast of pertinent fashion trends, events and news
● Be a brand evangelist and help build support for the company
