Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative you’ll be accountable for the gym together with the management team and have the autonomy to drive the business forward, whilst also working within a great framework giving you the support to succeed.

Your job:

·Promote the TMPL mission through appropriate appearance, words and actions.

·Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.

·Greet and acknowledge every member who enters and exits the club.

·Make sure all members and guests checked-in

·Follow the all Front Desk policy and procedures based on TMPL standards

·Be aware of all club issues, events or schedule changes and politely communicate them to members and ensure next shift is made aware of general status and all unresolved issues.

·Answer telephone on first ring in a friendly, professional way, using the standard greeting, answering all questions efficiently and directly to appropriate person.

·Ensure the front desk is neat, with materials stored properly.

·Be able to locate the first aid kit/AED and staff members in the club who are AED/CPR certified.

·Proudly support the training of new welcome team members.

·Balances all cash, check, credit card payments processed during shift.

· Fill out daily shift reports.

· Responsible for thorough understanding and effective performance of TMPL Software.

· Maintain and organizes work area.

·Performs other duties as assigned to meet all business needs

Your commitment:
This is a full or part time role. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Shift times vary to suit club opening times and include early, late and weekend shifts, as well as holidays.

Successful Front Desk Representative qualifications:

· Proven success in customer service field

· Fitness background is a plus

· Impressive communication and problem solving skills

· Believe in fitness and healthy life style

· Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

Pay rate and commission/bonuses structure to be discussed
