[AADHEEN/AS CAST] male, 40-55 years old, father of Abdou. He is a man from Algeria now living with his wife and son in France. submissive, resigned, introspective. With encouragement from his wife, he’s willing to do what it takes to get his son back who has disappeared.
[FARIDAH/AS CAST] female, 40-55 years old, wife of Aadheen and mother of Abdou. She is a woman from Algeria now living in France. exceptional, fierce, a gem, a precious pearl. She is a little in denial about the whereabouts of her son, but comes to be the organizing force to bring him back.
[ABDOU/AS CAST] male, 25-30 years old, son of Aadheen and Faridah. He has left his home France to fight in Syria, and has disappeared. He is angry, scared and wondering what his future holds. He has snuck out now of a terrorist organization and is alone and homeless in Turkey with no passport, somehow, his father finds him.
