Kinected Pilates Center is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join their administrative staff. Position is to be filled immediately.
We are searching for someone to work weekends (Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm, Sunday 8:30am-4:00pm) as well as flexibility to extend hours for weekend workshops/trainings and subbing as needed. Candidates must be proactive, problem solve and multitask, and have an interest in Pilates.
Interested persons need experience with MindBodyOnline, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as customer service and administrative skills. Additional skills with marketing or retail are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide support to teaching staff, physical therapists, and work as a team with fellow Front Desk Associates
-Report to and support the management team
-Provide superior customer service etiquette in person, on the phone, and over email
-Process payment and schedule clients for sessions
-Complete opening and closing duties
-Set up space for continuing education trainings and workshops
