Sara is at breaking point when new regulation of government benefits restricts her ability to provide for her young son. Her fatigue of being downtrodden and exploited drives her to storm the local authority office armed with the only weapon that expresses her emotions; song. With tales of failure and rejection from other members of the council office, music and dance come to a head as Sara takes on the establishment directly.
