Title: Observational Photographer Wanted for Low-Key Wedding
We are two lovebirds that are getting married at the end of the year – twice actually. Firstly, in London where we will legally say our vows and party on with some close friends and family.
Then on December 29, we are holding another wedding ceremony in Melbourne for our Australian friends and family.
I need to source a photographer that isn’t the usual ‘wedding photographer’, ie; “go on, give ‘er a kiss”, or “everyone jump in the air!” – this is a bit too cringe for our tastes.
We are getting married at 3pm on December 29 in the Fitzroy Gardens – after the ceremony, we’ll leisurely stroll over to Southbank Promenade for an evening cruise with our guests, starting at 5pm
I was hoping to hire the services of a photographer who is observational, or prefers a documentary style – one that can capture our wedding ceremony, as well as some photos with our family afterwards, and perhaps everyone getting on board the boat.
So, in summary; we need someone who is available on this day for the period of 14:30 – 17:30 (3 hours or so)? We wouldn’t ask for any retouching, we’d just love to pay you for your time, and digital copies of the photographs afterwards. If you’re keen, you’re welcome to join us on board for the party and a cheeky pint or three; but we wouldn’t expect you to be working!
$500 AUD on offer for the job.
