To answer a few frequently asked questions,
The film is not in an American accent, there is a lot of dialect in the film that reflects the speech and delivery of the Western genre, however, it is entirely in a British accent, so don’t be worried about that.
The shoot is intended to be over a five day course, with a lot of locations and a lot of actors. It’s a very exciting project that I hope you will be excited with me about.
Auditions are intended to take place at the end of February, however, I will accept video-tape auditions if that is what you prefer at this stage.
The shoot dates will be taking place between Mid-March to Mid-April, dependant on the availability of all cast and crew.
Be aware, this is an unpaid student project. However, this is an unpaid student project with a huge ambition, an incredibly talented crew and a budget. Expenses and food will be covered. A video copy of the project will be provided for showreel purposes (and to show off to your family and friends!!). The film itself will be submitted to film festivals, both in the UK and across the pond in American film festivals.

Montell Williams
Montell Williams is the lead character in this story. He is an orphan, like the rest of the boys in the gang. Gangland outlaws killed his parents, and made him a product of his environment. This film is about his story and his moral battle; betrayal, rebirth and retribution.

Tyrell Williams
Tyrell Williams is the older brother of Montell Williams and plays a minor role within the film. Appearing in the first scene, Tyrell leaves the gang to Montell, with intention of leaving for the country. A natural born leader, he, and his schoolyard friend Stanley Edmundson, founded the gang to protect the people they cared about, and the younger orphan boys in their neighbourhood.

Stanley Edmundson, second-in-command in the gang is the big bad guy of the film. A greedy character and unafraid to use force to get his own way, he is the muscle of the gang. After Tyrell leaves the gang to Montell, Stanley does not take it well.

Jude Valentine is the local sweetheart of the group. Best friend of Montell Williams, he is flirtatious, rude, sweet and erratic. He plays a pivotal part in the film, being the support that Montell needs throughout the story.

Old Lady Greenwich
Old Lady Greenwich is the Mr Miyagi to Daniel-San in this film. She finds Montell in a vulnerable situation, picks him up and trains him to become a ‘man’. Able to fire twin revolvers; she is the fastest in the land and with deadeye precision. She has (suitably) earnt a reputation of being a badass due to her vigilante persistance to wipe out bad gang activity and bring justice to those who deserve it.
