Front Desk Position Available
Olo Acupuncture is a community acupuncture clinic dedicated to providing high quality and affordable health and wellness services in New York City.
We are seeking a front desk professional who excels at customer service and sales. Part time 15-20 hours. Fridays & Saturdays hours are required. The candidate is a gracious host who is friendly, calm and confident under pressure. An independent work ethic with strong writing and verbal communication skills a must.
Provide excellent customer service:
-Answer phones & return voicemail. Answer patient emails.
-Clearly, communicate our services and related information to patients.
-Schedule and reschedule appointments.
-Greet and check-in patients as they arrive.
-Explain the visit process to new patients.
-Check-out patients and collect payment.
-Communicate course of treatment to patients as provided by practitioners.
-Respond to patient emails or assign to practitioners or other staff members as needed.
Maintain patient database:
-Create profiles and forms for all new patients.
-Regularly review, identify and correct discrepancies in patient contact records.
-Record all transactions in patient contact logs.
Provide support for Practitioners:
-Create and maintain calendars for practitioners.
-Communicate patient status to practitioners.
-Keep patient and office information organized.
-Make sure tables and chairs are clean and ready for the next patients.
Keep the clinic in a neat orderly manner:
-Prep clinic for your shift & Close up after your shift.
-Keep cash drawer amount correct upon arrival and departure.
-Help maintain the inventory of all supplies.
Experience with the following is a plus:
-Customer service, Sales, MindBody Online, SalesForce, Google Drive & Calendars.
