Leeds based band, Happy Daggers, are looking for two main protagonists to star in their next narrative music video. Both a male and a female actor will be required, both having relevant experience starring in other narrative music videos, television, short films, or feature length presentations.

In the past, the band’s music videos have been featured on the BBC and ITV networks (prior to performances at the Leeds and Reading Festivals), as well as on numerous online outlets, such as NME, Yorkshire Evening Post, and Metro.

Interested actors will be from (or able to travel to) West Yorkshire. They should also be older than 19, and believable as somebody in their 20s living in a city like Leeds.

Shooting is scheduled for evenings and weekends in March (5-6th, 12-13th, 19th-20th), with each actor being required for approximately 4-6 hours in total.

The characters will be engaged in a voyage of discover, within the city centre of Leeds.

Throughout the course of the music video the actors will need to convincingly portray their characters as feeling lost and in desperate need to find somebody or something. This will also be juxtaposed at points, with flash backs of the characters appearing to be happy in the presence of a loved one.
