Predictability is a 25 min short about an eminent scientist who has found a way to peep into the future for a brief few seconds at random future dates. Volunteers offer themselves as guinea pigs for his research however some of them have life changing experiences as a result and wish they had never taken part.
Mostly it will require having images appear on computer monitors. One is a series of computer code scrolling down the screen enabling our actors to lasso code at random, the other is a pair of theatre curtains which open and close (supposedly) by a click of the mouse which open only one set of curtains to reveal…. The curtains then close and the test resets and our volunteer repeats this again and again as different pictures can be found behind only one of the curtains each time.
A third is more code scrolling, this time appearing not on a screen but as a hologram. We have the facility to project this if we need to.
