‘Descendants 2’ is the upcoming Disney TV movie of 2017. The casting directors of the movie are looking for actors for supporting and new starring roles. About the Movie

The shooting of the movie, Descendants 2, will begin in the summer of 2016 on Disney Channel. The movie is based on the genre of action, adventure, and comedy produced by Bad Angels Production. The story revolves around a mischievous fairy who wants to rule over Fairy Land. The movie stars Stewart in the character of Jay, who was the Young Artist Award Nominee. Other lead actors are Dove Cameron casted as Mal, Sofia Carson in the role of Evie, Cameron Boyce playing Carlos, and China Anne McClain as Freddie. Cameron Boyce is the Young Artist Award Winner and China Anne McClain is the Image Awards winner.

Kenny Ortega, who is a three-time Primetime Emmy Award winner, will direct the movie from a teleplay written by Sara Parriott and Josann Mc Gibbon. In the past, Ortega has directed a lot of Disney Channel Original Movies including the Cheetah Girls 2 and High School Musical trilogy, which were a sensation.

Casting Call for the Role

To become the part of the team, the person needs to be lawfully eligible to work on television productions in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is applicable for male and female children, teens, adults, and foreign talent who are interested in working as an actor or extra.
