Casting Men to Play Guards on History Channel Show in Wilmington
There is a rush casting call for the upcoming History Channel series “Six”. Casting directors are looking for men to play guards. They are open to males between the ages of 18 and 40 years old who is available for the shoot tomorrow, Saturday, June 25th. This is a paid gig.
Written by Oscar-nominated screenwriter and Vietnam veteran William Broyles (Castaway, Jarhead) and his son David Broyles, a military special operations veteran, Six follows a Navy SEAL Team Six, whose 2014 mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan goes awry when they uncover a U.S. citizen working with the terrorists. Stemming from an idea by Harvey Weinstein, the drama is inspired by real missions, capturing SEALs’ complex personal lives and the life-and-death decisions they make, with each season set in a different location, starting with Africa. [Deadline] The series promises to chronicle the “real missions capturing what these SEALs do, their complex personal lives, and the life-and-death decisions they make.
What They Are Looking For
Casting directors are looking for several males to portray “Michael’s Guards”. These men will play Chechens. They need males who have dark hair, olive complexion and are physically fit. Men should be ages 18 to 40ish. They need men who are available to shoot on Saturday, June 25th.

Local to the Shoot Location: Wilmington, N.C.
Pay Rate: $64/8 with time and a half after 8 hours.
