Jimmy Choo is looking for a Summer 2017 Customer Relationship Management Intern. Our ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of CRM. We are looking for a passionate intern with a working knowledge of the fashion industry and an interest in pursuing a career in marketing and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must! Applicant should be creative and detail-oriented, with exceptional multi-tasking, technical and analytical skills.

This is an unpaid internship. However, we do provide reimbursement on the following:
• Metrocard – for travel to and from the office
• Lunch – up to $10/day

Requirements

– Digitally savvy, excellent PPT and Excel skills
– Ability to work 3 days a week
– Previous work or internship experience in fashion/analytics/ecommerce and email marketing preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
– Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
– Proactive in nature

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
– Assist the CRM Analyst on reporting and produce insights to ensure program improvement
– Communicate plans cross-functionally to Global Head Quarter’s
– Report on relevant competitive trends (customer strategies, DM, branding, emails, marketing and digital trends)
– CRM weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to develop key insights and learnings from email program
– Email Request for proposal process and possible implementation
– Answer emails , phone, fax, etc.
