About the Position

Working from the company’s headquarters in New York City, the Programs and Publishing Associate will provide tactical support to the Programs and Publishing teams in order to help them achieve their strategic goals.  This is an operational role where sweating the small stuff, getting details right, and meeting deadlines are mission-critical.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operational support on a range of product-development projects.  Examples include course slide edits, content maintenance, QA testing, document management, etc.

  • Operational support on a range of publishing tasks.  Examples include tracking wholesale and retail sales, monitoring inventory, updating metadata on existing titles, etc.  (No prior publishing knowledge required.)

  • Regular report writing and distribution.
