The main goal of the workshop is to teach the techniques involved in the lighting. However by the end of it we should be producing some nice shots to use in your portfolio. The shots we will create should have sillhouetted tree margins, and then essentially a spotlight on you, the model – perhaps wrapped around (or draped in?) a tree or similar.
I am looking for a few models to come along. For women, I think a single colour long flowing dress will work well – white, or black, or a solid colour. For men, perhaps topless if you have a muscular physique.
Location is Oatley Park in Sydney’s south (blue train line but quite a walk from station).
If you have a flair for dramatic arts/posing – or are happy to try – this would be good. It’s all about fun, and if you can bring along some dramatic flair, that would be great. Costume attire – such as mythical creatures or fables – could work well too. If you want to use professional makeup, this is up to you. Please discuss with me if you want to bring a MUA on site.
