Own equipment would be great!
The film is titled ‘Perfectly Normal’ and is a short psychological drama set in a dysfunctional world. The story centres around Benji (Michael Tonkin-Jones), who is a young man who has grown up in a society which suppresses any emotion or individuality, and lives with the disarming feeling that life could be different.
The shoot involves a dynamic range of environments, from interior shoot in a flat in Hove to a cafe in Hassocks (a village just outside Brighton), to an outdoor evening shoot on Shoreham Beach.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay a full rate as the film has a very low budget, however we are more than happy to cover travel and food expenses for the shoot, and you will of course be supplied with footage for a showreel, copy of the final film and we are looking to submit the film to festivals globally.
